Dangerous Diet Methods

Having an ideal body is the dream of every person. Not infrequently, some people are willing to do everything possible to 'cut' obesity, including the most extreme.
Some scientists and health experts were competing to create the diet method. But not everything is safe, even there that can actually harm health.
As reported by the BcLiving, here are some diet methods that seem strange and dangerous.
Paleolithic Diet
This method was created based on the way people eat in the Paleolithic era, about 2.5 million years ago before the creation of agricultural sciences. At that time, humans ate only wild animal meat, fish, nuts, fruits and vegetables.
The danger: this diet does not include whole grains, legumes and dairy products that contain essential nutrients for health.
Apple cider vinegar diet
Apple cider vinegar is believed to increase metabolism and reduce appetite. This diet recommends drinking the culprit for three teaspoons of apple vinegar before eating.
The danger: Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic. Drink it continuously can injure the throat and stomach.
Liquid diet
Liquid diet can lose weight as much as 54 pounds in nine weeks. How, just by consuming the liquid from the broth, juice, porridge diluted to a protein drink, plus a walk on a treadmill three hours a day.
The danger: Just taking the liquid will make the body take the fat and tissue as energy.Even the organ can be damaged because it is used for energy for the body to move.
Tapeworm Diet
It may sound extreme, diets do tapeworms by eating meat containing tapeworm eggs (which claimed already sterilized).This method is believed to lose weight quickly. After reaching the desired weight, it should immediately take the anti-biotic to kill the worms.
The danger: The tapeworm causes abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation and even irritation of the anus.
